    Having trouble getting new articles and insights to load - also seems a little tougher to edit the journal than it should be. But this is great content!

    Please work to fix the bug or whatever is causing this app to not want to open right away! Most times I have to try to open it 3+ times because it won’t load, or if it does open it’s extremely slow. If it wasn’t for this I would give 5 stars....
  • Good but lacks flexibility

    I’ve been using Zero as a beginner but wanted to move to something that would let me track more weekly and give me more insight as I progress. Simple shows me what my body is doing at each hour of my fast, which is great. My only problem (which is a showstopper for me) is that I can’t set up the kind of fast I do. I used to do an 18:6 every day except weekends and that they have. But now I’m doing a 24-hour on MWF. The app has a “4:3” but each fast is a 36, not a 24. And there’s nowhere I can change this to what I do. Frustrating because I like other aspects of the app.

    This app is really amazing!!! It helps keep track of what you need to do and it’s like a constant reminder of encouragement! It’s also very informative and educational!!! And super simple to use!!

    It’s a pretty decent app, seems to be lacking some features, I think the biggest issue I have is that they say it has complications for your I watch, but honestly I’ve only found one watch face to work with it. They need to make it more compatible with other watch faces. Then it may become useful. By the way I’m on the 5 series Nike edition. Doesn’t work with any Nike faces or die of the others that cane out with 4 series. Bummer.

    I guess I’m just more observant than some people. I see a lot of reviews of people complaining that they were tricked or scammed into signing up the for trial. However, if you would look at the top of the screen (you know, where the X to close a page usually is) then you’ll see a little gray X you can click on and then you don’t have to subscribe if you don’t want to. It’s that Simple, guys! Get it? Simple? Haha. I need friends. Anyways, I like the app so far, can’t wait until I start to see some progress! :)

    Hi, I have been using the app for about 3 weeks now and it is the only thing that has worked for me. One add though could you add an Apple Watch add on. Watches are fitness and wellbeing tools now and this will help out.

    I just downloaded the app today and after i logged all my info, it was only then it asked for the subscription. But i skip that part, so does it automatically direct to the free trial? I cant even see the unsubscription button, i am worried it will charge me after seven days.

    If you are into circadian rhythm and fasting this app is great. The interface is very actionable and definitely motivational. Its like someone is cheering you on the whole time. Has good information and when I had an issue the customer success was on point making sure I got what I needed. Check it out, worth the time and energy investment to help improve your life.
