    Best app to track workouts and have videos on exact form. So easy with my gym pass in the app for social distancing. So easy to see my improvement and even includes meditation tips. Love love love it
  • Terrible Trial Period & Customer Service

    I never do reviews but I am so aggravated with this app...... First of all, there are no instructions how to use the app. And their video is a joke. I had several questions how the app works. I tried to chat with them and they just stopped answering me on 3 different chats. They respond once and then nothing - they just ghost you. So here I go, trying to figure it out. Did 2 days of work outs, then 1 day of rest and then 2 more days of workouts. Now that I put my 4 days in for the ai to figure out my best workout, I will be ready to go starting tomorrow. Ohh wait - sorry but you need to cancel cause if you don’t cancel 1 day before your free trial then you will be charged. How can they tell me I need to do at least 4 workouts for the app to work but only give me 6 days or I will be charged $40. If it’s such a great app and your confidante in your product then give me 1 week after my 4th workout or 2 week trial........

    Great workout tool to have. The app takes has you go through 4 workout so adjust and tailor a workout based on your weight, goals, and the weight and reps you can complete. I would leave a 5 star rating, but I only have dumbbells at home. So I have to either delete certain lifts or try and find a substitute lift for the same muscle groups. Good news is, I was told by one of the online coaches (who you can message anytime and they reply within 20 minutes, depending on the time of day, of course), that they are working on making more dumbbell workouts and exercises for people in the same boat as I am in. Try it out, what do you have to lose?

    I’ve used the program for 4 workouts and while I wish it had superset options, I have been really impressed with how close it has gotten to my weights needed to push myself as well as really helping with a time so I can keep my heart rate up.

    Seems like thought has went into this app. It has made me push more weight than I would normally. I’m quite enjoying it. I would like to see more exercise variations and animations. I’m 5 weeks in using this app. Nice to let this do the adjustments and not me always thinking about it. I’ll give a 12th week update. Worth it so far.
