    Each time I log in and out of the app it will not show the workouts just the reps and sets can you please update this app.

    Vast amount of content, however missing a key feature. There is no ability to create/track your own workout routine. has a great exercise database, however this app only allows you to use the routines provided. Always enjoyed the BodySpace app for the ability to track/create one’s own workout and for having access to the vast exercise database. Would happily pay for this app, if it had that ability. However, until it does this app is not for me, or anyone else who likes to create their own workout routine ad hoc.

    The new app design keeps messing up while I’m mid way through a work out. Picture of workout goes blank and I can’t see what I’m doing. But over all a great way to track progress and great workouts to follow

    Awesome app with plenty amazing workout plans. Only reason I gave it four stars is the rest period in all workout plans are set at 1 min 30 secs when some workout plans call for less or more time. If fixed, I’ll give it 5 stars.

    Just downloaded the app. I have to scroll through the dozens of workout plans before you can get anywhere. No way to skip through it.

    BodySpace’s layout gave me a bit of a headache but I loved the programs. This is all of the programs laid out very nicely without all of the nonsense. It’s worth the money.
